I would design a leadership-focused programme using Advised Skills’ options https://www.advisedskills.com/corporate-training by combining Change Management Practitioner, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Skills courses. The goal would be to strengthen leaders’ ability to guide and sustain transformation. I’d include interactive workshops, scenario-based simulations, and role-specific modules that reflect our company’s strategy and culture. Custom elements would include internal case studies, peer-coaching circles, and post-training leadership projects to apply lessons in real initiatives. Regular feedback loops and measurable KPIs would ensure leaders embed change behaviours and translate learning into tangible business outcomes.
